Different 4-man Entrances can be assigned to Superstars other than the ones they were designed for, but Superstars are missing when starting a match.
This has been seen during The Judgment Day and Hurt Business entrances.

This is intentional design as editing 4-Superstar entrances isn't supported. As an example, the template for Judgment Day is for the trio entrance and not the quad.
