[Universe] News and Effects Don’t Appear When Completing Matches with Certain Rivalry Actions Applied in Universe

For some Rivalry Actions that involve a normal match, the tab with the news will open, but it will show the incorrect Superstars and news. The third tab, which is supposed to create and list all of the post-match consequences, similarly doesn't appear. As an example, this can occur when losing a match by DQ. Additionally some Rivalry Matches may be deleted off the match card when exiting then re-entering a Universe save.
