[Universe] Rivalry Action Cinematic Doesn’t Play in CPU vs. CPU match

When using a CPU versus CPU match with a Rivalry Action, the cinematic may not play even if the CPU superstars meet the requirements to.

This has only been seen in matches with CPU vs CPU in Universe, and having any player as a human appears to trigger the cinematic properly.
