Money can't be earned if both players are CHEF and one player dies during Multiplayer

When both players are CHEF and one CHEF dies, the currently alive CHEF doesn't earn money from enemies. It does not matter if the host or the client dies first.
This is a known issue and there is not currently a workaround.
