Floor Missing in the Town Hall during Chapter 5

During Chapter 5's objective "Meet Tino at the lookout", if you find yourself in San Celeste you might notice that the Town Hall is missing it's floor! This will prevent you from going inside and collecting the newspaper.
This is being investigated.
Workaround: Visit this location during a later mission to enter the Town Hall and collect the newspaper.

This issue has been resolved after the most recent patch!
The doors are now closed. You'll need to visit this location in a later mission or in Explore to collect the newspaper within.
