Horse Doesn't Move Forward on PC

We've received some reports from players on Steam that they are unable to move forward when on a horse.

After testing this appears to be related to the game's Frames Per Second (FPS) and we've found that lowering the FPS might resolve such issues. We're continuing to investigate this behavior, but if you have more information that might help our testing please contact Support.

Workaround: Set a framerate (FPS) limit in the Settings menu.
