Opponent Disappears During Run-In

When attempting a run-in during an opponent’s Entrance, the opponent may disappear completely. This has been reported with the following Entrances:
- Sky Pirate
- Poison Flower
- She Lady
- Tiffany Stratton 1
- Mass Destruction
