When adding a custom match to the match table and loading it into the custom match in Universe Classic mode, the custom match settings don’t apply.

This issue should be fixed in Patch 19 released on 9/17/2024.
This was fixed in an update on August 1, 2024.
We've received reports that this issue has resurfaced. I'm moving this back to Planned. The team is aware and investigating.
