Crashing After Game-Winning Shot

Players may crash after scoring a game-winning shot with a score of 40-0 in any of the online modes outside of MyCareer.
If this happens, it can be avoided in the future by going into MyCareer and winning a game 40-0. After that, the crashing should stop.
