[Steam] Title Crashes After Boot on Windows 11

Steam Emulator detection is incorrectly detecting some audio executables as a security risk, causing the title to crash.
The team has confirmed this suspicion and is investigating solutions. For now, you can use the following workaround:
- Delete any mods you may have and verify your files
- Disable any of the following:
- Google Drive
- VPN Software
- MobilePre Audio Device Monitor
- AMD Adrenalin
- All graphics-related options for the game in the NVIDIA control panel software EXCEPT Geforce Experience
