Adjusting The Judgment Day Team Settings Changes Entrance

Making any change to The Judgment Day’s team settings, even something as simple as whether or not the crowd boos or cheers for them, will negate their team entrance.
Each member will instead enter the arena separately, rather than the entire group using their special entrance.
