The Monster Among Men Intro Not Functioning Properly

In the first camera view in the intro of The Monster Among Men entrance, the Superstar and gurney are missing, causing the lightning that triggers to hit no one. This only happens in some arenas.

It's intended design that some entrances don't show Superstars until the Stage segment.
