No Image or Stitch Menu for Certain Shoes with Female Superstars

When editing the boots or shoes for a Female Superstar in Create-a-Superstar, there are no Image or Stitch menu options for certain shoes.

It's intentional design that the options aren't available for every pair of boots or shoes.
