Unable to Access MyFaction After Installing ECW DLC

Players see a message when trying to play MyFaction that says "You must have an active Internet Connection in order to access MyFaction.”
This is caused by your system and MyFaction disagreeing about which DLC you own. It is currently under investigation.

I appreciate how patient everyone who's run into this has been. It took us a bit to get a post up as the exact cause proved difficult to isolate. A backend fix was implemented today that should resolve this for everyone currently affected and keep new cases from happening in the future. If you haven't already, please restart your platform and you should be set.
