2K and Gearbox value our community and are committed to protecting the privacy rights of our users and fans. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives a user the right to be forgotten. In order to comply with this regulation, we must be able to identify a user across multiple platforms. SHiFT allows us to do this.

If you already have a SHiFT account, you may start the process by logging in to the SHiFT Website with your email and SHiFT Password, then head to "Other" in the menu on your left side. From there, click "Delete my account", follow the steps on the screen, and click "Confirm".  All information and history of your Account will be wiped upon completing the Account deletion process.

If you do not have a SHiFT account, you can create a new account by going to the registration page and signing up either by using an email address or by clicking the icon for the gaming platform of your choice. By establishing a link between your SHiFT account and the gaming platform(s) (Steam, Xbox Live or PSN) you play our games on, we will then be able to successfully process your request to be forgotten.

Keep in mind that the data and account deletion process includes deleting your SHiFT account at the end of it all.
